The P-616 Water-based High-Polymer Rubberized Asphalt Waterproofing Paint is made from highly concentrated rubberized compound asphaltic latex that has been improved using copolycondensation with polymerized resin to give it high flexibility, high adhesion and superb water resistance. It offers not only the water-immersion resistance of asphalt but also the resistance to aging in high temperatures and resistance to brittleness in low temperatures lacked by most asphaltic compounds.
